The law firm of Rippy, Whitlow, Ranc & Hines, L.L.P. was established in 1998 by Felix Rippy and Stuart Whitlow and is located at 213 N. Mays St., in Round Rock, Texas. The firm is located in an historic 1915 bungalow which was moved onto current site from 303 E. Main St. in Round Rock. During the subsequent restoration of the house, Mr. Rippy and Mr. Whitlow were greatly assisted by Mr. Whitlow's parents, long time Round Rock residents Geneva and N.G. Whitlow. In August of 2000, with the addition of the newest partner, R. Marc Ranc, the firm changed its name to Rippy, Whitlow & Ranc, L.L.P. In April of 2002, the firm added William M. Hines and changed its name to Rippy, Whitlow, Ranc and Hines, L.L.P. In addition to its newest partner, the firm also expanded to include an Austin office at 1307 Nueces St., in Austin, Texas.

The firm assists clients with a broad range of legal needs, including business litigation and transactions, real estate matters, family law, personal injury litigation and criminal matters. The firm represents a wide cross-section of businesses and individuals throughout the Central Texas area and strives to provide high quality legal services at reasonable rates.
